SOMETIMES LEAVE THE MONEY ON THE TABLE

I recently watched a video on YouTube  about some of the crazy things people have done for money. It sucks that so many people have totally lost all sense of ethics cos they wanna "get it" In my opinion,  you don't need to lose yourself to get da big bucks.
-
-
Here's a key to wealth (ZIG ZIGLAR): "If you help enough people get what they want, you'd have everything you want"
IN OTHER WORDS,
"The money will come in large massive amounts when you give people value in large massive amounts"
-
-
Here's another key to happiness (Jim Rohn): "Don't sell out your virtues your values in pursuit of success"... I mean.. what good is it to gain the whole world and lose your own soul?

TRUTH: MOST PEOPLE ARE FULL OF CRAP.

Just sitting here right now thinking about life... and how most people are just full of BS.

Excuse the language, but I SEE THIS HAPPEN ALL THE TIME... People talking about how they want to impove their lives from a monetary standpoint, yet they're  out spending every bit of cash they get on shoes, clothes and gadgets they can't really afford...

I can spend just 10 minutes talking to you and (if we have a honest conversation) be able to tell what you're really committed to.

By listening to what you talk about, AND observing what you DO consistently. I can tell what you really want and believe you can have.

The biggest mind shift I made in 2012 was realizing that in order to have a different result than everyone else, I had to learn not to behave or act like everyone else.

WOULD YOU rather spend a fortune on a watch so you can show it off, rather than invest it into proven avenues Guaranteed to earn you even more?

ARE YOU LIKE the man or woman who says they want to improve their bank accounts and earn more money, but yet you sleep 10 hours a night and really have nothing going on??
••

THEN you're like a man or woman who says they want to normalize their weight, but everytime you see them, they're eating..
°

OBVIOUSLY, in both cases, you can tell what they're really committed to: Being BROKE and OBESE for the rest of their lives respectively..

You don't have to listen to what people say, just take a look at what they DO.

That always says a lot.
••

And FINALLY, remember that results do not lie. If you don't yet have what you desire, then something has to change/improve.

Keep working hard Rockstar!

My 5 Biggest Lessons Learnt in the year 2017 (2)

My 5 Biggest Lessons Learnt in the year 2017 (2)

I am Olorunfemi Ajao ,a contributing writer on this blog. I will love to share some of the lessons I learnt in 2017 with you. I will be sharing them in no particular order.

1) Rome was not built in a day : I used to be someone with a lot of plans(I still am). The problem is ,I loved to see my plans come into reality in a shorter time than they should take normally. Whenever there was  no result I got frustrated and dropped the plan. Well,I experienced a turn around in the course of this year. I went to a programme in Ayoola's church (Dynamo weekend) . Ayoola took one of the sessions and he talked about "slight edge principle" That changed everything. He made reference to the popular saying "Rome was not built in a day" and added that  blocks were laid daily. This showed consistency. He cited the example of how he wanted to loose weight at some point and he had to tell himself,"you didn't add this weight in one day,so definitely you can't lose it in a day . " I remember he said 'slight edge' was about adding a little to what you are comfortable with already. Guess what ?you can apply it in your academics ,reading your bible, saving money. So I say to myself "you can't get  there in one day,but today's activity will get you closer "

2) God does not only know your end but He also has the plan : I like to use the jollof rice analogy😁. God knows I  am  going to need jollof rice ,He also knows how to prepare the jollof rice. Why don't I hang on while He prepares the jollof rice? Instead of snatching the recipe and go around looking for someone to help me cook it. The person may not even know how to cook and possibly will not tell me but just do a guess work and spoil the bill of rice.

3) It is good to follow up on plans : It is a good idea to have plans but it is
best when you have a follow up on the plans . So that each time you fall short of your plans you can get right on track. But how do you do that if you are not following up? Ask questions like "have I done this today?" If You haven't,"isn't now the best time to do it? "...etc

4) Surround yourself with people of like minds :You know,I have been wanting to lose some weight but I get tired along the way...because there were no 'people of like minds'. When I got to my room I found out my roommates wanted to workout (most of them to keep fit). My exercise began and my roommates were my driving force whenever I got tired and wanted to give up. There were days I had to encourage them too. We watched each others back. I encourage you to surround yourself with people of like minds, people who see the possibility in what you are set out to achieve.(special shoutout to Adunola, you challenged  and most importantly supported me😚 )  The people around me  coupled  with slight edge principle made me achieve my weight loss goal and of course I prayed about it. Funny right? That brings me to my last but most important lesson.

5) Prayer changes everything : I see God as a friend that I can share anything on my mind with. Prayer changes everything. It can never be over emphasized.

My 5 Biggest Lessons From 2017

Hello readers,Happy new year!2018 promises to be a great year. You do not need the "new year, new me" cliché , just be a better you. I believe you have learnt some things in the past year and if you employ them well  you can get better. Well, well, I will be sharing with us 5 big lessons I learnt in the year 2017 ( in no particular order )

1) No one owes you anything : It's commonly  said that life is not fair. Well, I have discovered that life is fair to those that are intentional about it. It is up to you to go out there and get what you want. You don't have to wait for someone to dish it out for you because really nobody will . When this 'dishing' doesn't happen, a lot of people get frustrated. No one is going to hand over what you want to you. You basically have to find your way to get it.

2) You can't make anyone do anything for you : What I mean is you can be nice to people, you can be polite ,you can be a great person but you cannot make anyone do anything for you. When you realize this and you are at peace with this fact, it makes a lot of things easy. I mean, you do not get stressed when people behave or do not behave in a certain manner . You do not feel bad when things don't go exactly the way you want or planned it. You have to realize that the only person you can control is YOU.

3) Sometimes you have to walk away from people you love because they are toxic to you : I mean people that are close to you, people that have 'won' a space in your heart and you later realize that they are not good for you .This is because the world does not care who it is that is holding you back ,success does not care. That they are toxic to you does not make them bad people,it only means they do not help you to be your best. Whoever it is you have to walk away from,do so! So you can move forward .

4) Health matters : As a matter of fact, health is a big deal. It does not matter who you are or how much you have,if you do not pay attention to your health you cannot have a good day. It should be your priority of course after your faith. For me,my faith comes first, then my health and family. Yes,health before family because without good health you cannot relate with your family. Make sure you take good care of yourself.

5) Loyalty : Loyalty is really really scarce. You should cherish, nourish the few people who are loyal to you.
Basically, these are the 5 lessons that I learnt this year.
Please Do well to share the lessons you learnt in the year 2017. I look forward to your responses. Do have a great year ahead.

3 KEYS TO HAPPINESS

No matter how much you achieve in life, deep down, the ultimate need of every human is to be truly happy. so i want to share with you today 3 tips to increase you happiness levels, so let's get right to it.

1. Progress = Happiness

Everyday, make some progress in at least one area of your life, no matter how little. If you want to be happy, you have to keep moving forward. There is no stagnation in life, if you aren't going forward, you're going backwards, if you aren't growing you're dying. Now, that seems like a very rash statement but it's the truth, and here's the deal; when you're going forward you'll be happy, when you're moving backwards or regressing, you'll be unhappy. It's that simple.

2. Trade Expectations For Appreciation

Stop expecting things from people. Humans are naturally selfish beings and everybody is really just looking out for their personal interests most of the time, so when you keep expecting special treatment or things from people, you'll keep getting disappointed. But when you learn to appreciate the little things around you, and you learn to focus on the good things and the good people that are in your life right now, you'd be a much happier person.

3. Contribute/give back

There are so many people who have made a lot of money but are still very unhappy. They are extremely miserable, sad grumpy and frustrated. In the end, even if you have all the money and good things in the world, you'd be a sad, miserable and unhappy person if you're not actively contributing to the universe. I mean, just check out any really happy, cheerful person, I can assure you of one thing. They are givers. Some call it philanthropy, some call it leaving a legacy but it all boils down to one word; Contribution. I guess it's why the saying goes; giving is the bounty of life. Just check your own feelings when you do good for somebody, you know that warm feeling that you get, that 'I've done good' feeling. Just keep giving back constantly and you'll be a happy person. That's a promise.

So those are the 3 tips for happiness that I bring to you today. Hopefully you not only enjoyed reading it but you got good value from it and are willing to share this with someone else who needs to read this.

Cheers to your happiness.
I remain your friend,
David Ayoola Subair.

5 SOLID TIPS ON BUILDING YOUR INTEGRITY.

"Most people talk too big and do too little, but people of integrity always do what they say"
 David Ayoola Subair

Being someone of stellar integrity is one f the most desirable things ever. It always feels good to overhear people say of you; that guy/gal is a man or woman of his word As a matter of fact, in my opinion it is the most extraordinary compliment you can ever be paid. whether you're a school prefect, a business person or the president of the united states. It is super important to be a person of integrity. Below I share 5 tips on how to increase your level of integrity over time.

Tip 1. Don't fail in little things; Ever heard the saying; how you do anything is how you do everything? I agree with that say 1000%  Being a person of integrity always starts from the littlest things; remembering to drop the note your boss asked you to drop with the secretary and dropping it on time, being exactly where you say you are, respecting both your time and other peoples time (I mean, if you set the appointment for 10:00 am, don't come swaggering in at 10:05 am thinking to yourself I'm only 5 minutes late, what difference does it make?). Succeeding or failing in  all the little things which we sometimes don't pay much attention to are usually what add up to making you a person of integrity or not. Above all, never promise what you can't deliver.

Tip 2. Never compromised your core principles and values; Don't sell out your values and virtues in pursuit of what you want. In the bible story of Jesus' betrayal, Judas got the money for stabbing the messiah in the back, I assure you, 30 pieces of silver was a sizable fortune back in the day, but Judas ended up taking the money back to the people who gave it to him because he couldn't live with himself for what he had done, however his once-upon-a-time allies refused to collect the money back from him, he then proceeded to throw his fortune away. Why would a man throw away his fortune? Here's why; because like i said earlier, the man couldn't live with himself. Money doesn't mean anything if you've sold out! Now, Judas even after throwing away his fortune, still can't erase what he's done and next thing we know, he went out and hung his worthless self! Don't be like Judas, Never compromised your core principles and values, no matter what.

3. Admit your wrong doings; We all make mistakes and sometimes its hard to admit that we've made an error, sometimes it's for the fear of looking unprofessional and feeling idiotic, other times it may be because of the consequences attached to the error we've made but despite all of these, people of integrity are known to always admit their wrong doings as quickly as possible while being fully ready to deal with whatever consequences might be attached to those errors

4. Dress well, be nice to people and consciously work to keep your name; As soon as the man walked in, the room went silent and all the heads in the room suddenly turned in his direction. Immediately, everybody knew who he was; the secretary remembered him vividly because
he never failed to drop her a card every year on her birthday, the doorman recognized him because he always gave him a smile and a warm greeting whenever he came in for business, the mail boy was so happy to see him as well because he always remembered to say thank you John whenever he delivered a letter to him and today, like every other day that he came by, he looked as important as ever in his well tailored 3 piece stallion black suit, black shirt and red pocket square, red tie, brown belt and brown leather shoes. Thinking about the businessman just described above we can immediately picture the person not only as an important person, but as a well dressed and pleasant human being. Now you don't have to walk around in a 3 piece suit everyday if that's not your style but imagine having this guys dress sense while being a 100% honest person. You would be a highly respected person. In this regard, i want you to also think about how you generally treat people right now and ask yourself; if it was someone else treating me in this manner would I always be happy to see them? If your answer is no, then you have to make some adjustments. Most importantly here however is for you to work consciously on a daily basis to keep your name respected and this is only achievable by making sure you always stick to your core values and principles. Don't get caught up in any shady business

5. Be consistently hardworking; always give your best; These days, most people are looking for the easy way out of everything, they want to cheat the process, but get the results. Just by deciding to be a person who always gives their best, you will place yourself far above most people. This simple decision can sometimes be very hard to live up to, but if you consciously work to make this a part of your lifestyle, then this attribute coupled with all the other tips mentioned above will have you become recognized as a man or woman of stellar integrity.

Thank you for reading and let me know what you agree or disagree with in this article in the comments section below. Also be kind enough to share this with someone else if you got value from it.

Happiness Is An Art

Happiness is an art; it's a separate art from money, or travel or love or even success.

None of the above mentioned things guarantee happiness. Here's a story to illustrate my point; Joe walked into the room and said "Dad, i told you I need 20 dollars! It's important.." Joe and his dad had been through this kind of conversation several times and right now Joe's father wasn't at all in the mood to argue, so he quietly reaches into his pocket, squeezes up a 20 dollar bill in his left hand and throws it at his son And then yells "Here! If you need the darn stuff that bad, just take it and get out of my face!" The man's made almost 4 million dollars this year alone, has a very comfortable lifestyle but the guy's unhappy. He just divorced his wife and is never on good terms with his 19 year old son. I'm pretty sure you reading this can relate to an extent with this story of Joe and his father, I mean, Don't we all pity the father with money but no joy? He studied economics bit he never studied joy.

Some people have a false belief that more money equals more happiness. However, this is untrue because like I said earlier happiness is a different art form than money, and anyone; poor people, people of modest means, literally anyone can learn how to weave their own happiness with whatever resources they have right now.

In that spirit, Let me share with you 5 simple tips to help you be much happier starting right now.

1. Save up and treat yourself and family (if you already have one)

You don't have to buy everything! practice a little self discipline, save up by value, and plan a treat for yourself and your family, you'd come back feeling refreshed and you'd have recharged your happiness-o-meter.

2. Fashion your day the night before.

When you plan your day the night before, you wake up and immediately have direction, when you have direction you feel purposeful, and when you feel purposeful you'll feel good about yourself, and yes you guessed right! continually feeling good about yourself inevitably makes you a happy fella.

3. Regularly spend time to do something you love (Just you)

Regularly take some time off. just spend some time by yourself and power down... No kids around, No husband or wife, no work just spend time with yourself to write, take a long walk, go on a personal vacation, just power down and relax your body and mind you'll be back feeling refreshed and full of joy and enthusiasm.

4. Have a mentor. And celebrate their success while letting it inspire you.

Having a mentor who's more successful than yourself will inspire you to keep pushing your limits. It'll keep you challenged to constantly achieve more. And when you're constantly achieving more, you'd continually feel good about yourself and your achievements

5. Ask for God's help.

If you'll allow me a personal one here. It's to ask for help when you need it. We all have days when we need to come out of our low morale state but just can't on these days, we need a hand to pull us back up on our feet so when you feel down and you definitely will, say a quick prayer and tell God to get you back On Track.

Cheers.

MASTER THE ART OF EXCELLENCE. 4 Simple Ways To Be More Excellent, Starting Today!

Dear Reader, today I'm writing a quick piece on how to become excellent. Whether it's in rendering a service to a customer, planning a date for someone you love or something as simple as putting breakfast together for your family, being a sucker for excellence is what takes you out of merely good to exceptionally great, so quickly, let's dive into 4 things that ANYONE can immediately begin to do in order to become a more excellent person.

1. Pay Attention to Details; It's very true that the smallest details always make the most difference. As long as you're a person that is used to letting the seemingly little things slide, then you won't be an excellent person, however, If you just make this one change by determining right now to always pay attention to the tiniest details no matter how irrelevant it may seem, then I assure you, you're halfway there.

2. Seek Continual Improvement; The first record in the 100 meters for men (athletics) was recognized by the International Association of Athletics Federations, it was Donald Lippincott who set that record at 10.6 seconds in Stockholm, Sweden on July 6, 1912 and became the world's fastest man. Today, the world record is held by Usain Bolts at a 9.58 seconds making Donald Lippincott's record obsolete. Just like that a person can become irrelevant if he does not keep getting better. You just have to keep growing because the standard is always being raised and if you don't keep on improving yourself, you'll be left behind, and if there's one thing I know, its that there's not one thesaurus on this planet wherein behind is a synonym of excellent.

3. Practice Self Discipline; Excellence and discipline go hand in hand. They're like twin brothers born of the same mother. The Logic here is very simple. To be an excellent person you have to be ascetic. You will have to move out of the comforts zones that every man naturally wants to stay in. Remember, there's no shortcut to anywhere worth going. There's always a price to pay and greatness (or in this case, excellence) never goes on sale

4. Have high personal standards; You may not know this, but how you treat a particular area of your life will affect all the other areas of your life. You see, in life, everything matters, and so when you set high personal standards for yourself, it just inevitable that it'll rub off on everything else you do.

There You Have It. Those Are 4 things You Can Immediately Begin Doing That I Guarantee You Will Help Increase Your Level of Excellence. Hopefully, You'll Start Using Them From Today And  Begin Enjoying The Perks That Come With Being An Excellent Person. Remember to Share This With  A Friend If You Got Value From This Post. Thank You For Reading.

3 P’s To Focus On In Order To Achieve Your Goals.

The Letter P may be more significant to your success than you imagined. Here are 3 P’s to focus on while you’re on the path to achieving success.

1. P for Patience; you’ve probably heard this before. It takes 10 years to make an overnight success. Successful people may not agree on all the keys to success, but if i had to pick one that they all agree on, this is one I’ll pick. Patience is just so important to have. If you’re going to succeed long term, you’ve just got to keep putting in the work over a long period of time. As you do this you’ll begin to have small successes, a couple of failures, you’d have to learn a lot, you’d win and you’d lose. This process, I call the learning curve and every successful person you know today once had a learning curve. As a matter of fact they still do.

2. P for Persistence; if you’re really serious about succeeding then quitting just can’t be an option. As you already know, if you’re going to succeed big time. It’s going to take a while. you will never be successful if you give up before this time elapses so if you really want to succeed, then persistence is the name of the game, Now, that’s not to say you’ll not feel like quitting cos you definitely will, but when you think about quitting, remember what Nike always says and continue to Just do it.

3. P for Positive; you can’t be a loser in your mind and ever think you’ll achieve success in the physical. Now, this may sounds very spooky but when you think positively most of the time, good things will happen to you most of the time. And hey, don’t press me on why it’s designed that way, I don’t know why... It just is what it is, so instead of asking why, rather just Use the principle in your favor.

Thanks For reading this Post. Hopefully you Got Value from It. Be kind Enough to Share this with your Friends If you please and follow us on our Social media Platforms below.

4 Simple Ways To Live Well

The Sad Truth is That Most People Don't Live Well. They constantly wonder; how can one break free of a routine lifestyle of just getting through each day, struggling through each day, going to work everyday, feeling extremely gloomy. Most people go to work, come back home, they eat, rest a little, watch  T.v, go to bed and then wake up the next morning to do it all again. Here's the deal though, Your Life doesn't have to be drab and void of fun. Below, I'll Share 4 easy things that help me add spice to my life and work, in the hopes that if you really take the time to plan and deliberately input these 4 things in your life, you'll start enjoying life much more.

1. Workout Regularly

I know you've probably heard this one before. But hearing, Knowing and Doing are 3 very different things. You see, when you exercise your body, it releases Endorphins which have been nick named 'feel good chemicals' in your brain.

As a result you feel much more positive and happy. I prefer working out in the mornings ( I mean what better way is there to start your day right?) However, there's no strict rule about when or how often to work out, some people work out 3 days a week, some 5 days a week, others work out everyday. Just pick what works for you and STICK WITH IT. That's the important part. There's a plus too, you'll feel and look healthier and you'll live longer. So if you don't have a strict workout plan, i suggest you find something that works for you and start doing it.

2. Have Times To Do Good For Other People.

Have you ever helped a blind person across the street? OR Have you ever held the door for someone on an elevator? Or just done something really nice for someone out of the blues. How'd you feel afterwards? Yeah. That's right. You had an amazing warm feeling inside of you, an 'I've done good' kind of feeling. You see when you constantly do good for others, more often than not you'll be a happy person. (Just ask Oprah Winfrey duh!) Now you don't have to be Rich, Famous and Powerful to do good things for other people. Start where you are. Set aside a small percentage of your income and give it to someone who really truly needs it. Personally, As a rule. I keep aside 10 percent of whatever i earn and give that out. That's my little way of being a blessing to the world. Someone once  said 'when you give, you're really not giving to others, but to yourself'. I guess that explains the warm feeling you get on the inside. You give yourself more joy by helping others and the best part is that it doesn't always have to be money that you give. Even if you don't have any money to give, then give your time, volunteer to help serve food at a homeless shelter or volunteer to help out in church or go to an orphanage and just sit with the kids; smile at them, play with them. It makes a difference. So, set a goal today to start doing good things for others at regular intervals (say, once or twice a month not because you'll get anything in return but because giving is a reward in itself)

3. Do nice things for yourself.

Do you have set times when its all about you? You have to. Its not being selfish but if you don't do things that you like to do. You won't be very happy. It's just how life works. If you want to be happy, Do things or be around people that will make you happy. Deliberately plan activities for yourself that you know you like to do. You should have at least one day a week when you go have fun by yourself or with your family. Now, when i say you should have at least one day, please know that it doesn't have to be the whole day. In fact, It Could be as little as an hour of that day, but guess what? Let's say you like golf and you decide to start to play it for 2 hrs every Saturday because you really love it (When you play golf you feel like you're in your personal heaven) I'm telling you, you'll start to think of golf as a reward for doing your best throughout the week, and even if u don't like your job very much You'll get through that hard week smiling because you know that once you do. You'll have an amazing time on the golf course (maybe even the best 2 hrs of your week). But if you go to a job that you hate throughout the week and still don't have any time for yourself on the weekends. Now that's a hell of a life! See the difference? Now someone might say; but I have so many commitments to take care of during the weekends. (By the way, please note that i'm only using weekends as an example. Your me tine could be Wednesdays nights or even Monday afternoons. Its totally up to you) But we all have commitments, some more than others i understand but it doesn't really matter. The answer is to make your 'me time' a commitment too; a commitment that you'll stick to, no matter what. If you do this, not only will it improve the quality of your life, it'll also strengthen your commitment in other areas. That's a promise.

4. Never Ever Stop growing.

Humans were designed to be achievers. Its why we have so many people who did some great things in the past but then began to rest on their laurels, they stopped dead in their tracks, reveling over their past achievements rather than going out to conquer new mountains. As a result they became unproductive, sad, broke or even sick. If you don't produce to your max, you wouldn't feel good about yourself. So the question should be; How does one produce to their max? The answer is simple. By continually growing as a person. Jim Rohn says it best; "To achieve more, you must first become more". You become more when you study. Study books, audios, videos; any materials related to your field. Learn all you can, then, apply what you learn. Review your work then correct the errors. Learn some more, and then repeat the whole process. That how you achieve more. And.... I'm pretty sure I don't need to tell you that when you achieve more you become a happier person.

6 Reasons Why "I'm Too Young" Is The Most Ridiculous Excuse For Not Starting A Business.

6 Reasons Why "I'm Too Young" Is The Most Ridiculous Excuse For Not Starting A Business.

I hear a lot of young people say stuff like "when I'm older, I'll have a huge successful business that'll operate in several countries around the world and would become a huge successful and popular brand." I hear some say "when I'm out of college, I'll start my own business because i can't work for someone else ... blah blah blah... Now, as much as i admire these guys for wanting to be entrepreneurs and have total control of their lives. I usually ask them this question; "What's stopping you from starting right now?" I usually get a lot of different answers but in the end, it all seems like they're saying the exact same thing; "I'm still young, I'm not ready, I still have time" I decided to put together this article to show young people why the ages 18 (or younger) to 29 are the best years to start your own business

1. You probably don't have a lot of expenses and commitments yet

A lot of young people (Especially if you’re 18, 19 or in your early twenties) still live with their parents which means they don't settle a lot of bills such as rent, huge car bills and children's school fees every month. Even if you've moved out, you're probably renting a small apartment and might even be sharing the rent with a roommate or two. If You have a car, its most likely a small one that's not very expensive to maintain. Also if you're in your early twenties You're probably aren't married and don't have kids yet, which means you can easily squeeze out a lot of time from things like ditching that next party and not watching as much TV and instead redirect that time to your business. When you're married and cant give up as much time because you have to spend that extra time with your family and the things that are really important to you. Whatever the case is, right now, you have (or can easily save up) some extra money and time to start your business on a small scale and keep expanding it. Waiting till you're over 30 with more responsibilities, expenses and a family is probably not the best. If you make those sacrifices of time and money now and you work hard and smart at your business you will soon enough have more than enough time and money to take care of your family and the things that really matter  to you.

2. If you’re in college or university, there are very many 'student only' resources and organizations that can help you succeed.

Students with businesses have access to classmates (who are potential employees, partners or customers) support, organizations and funding that only students can access. There are numerous organizations that love to mentor, support and even fund students, all of which out-of-school entrepreneurs don't get

3. You have enough time to fail.

There are some inevitable failures you must go through As an entrepreneur, you will make some mistakes
learn from them, and then apply the lessons learned. Its only after making several mistakes that you begin to experience the great successes desired every business owner. It just makes sense to make all the mistakes in your 20's when there's still enough time to experiment when you still have time to learn what works and what doesn't work. Its simply better to clear out most of the mistakes now rather than just start experiencing them in your thirties, forties and above. If you start early and learn quickly you should begin earning the benefits of being your own boss by the time you're in your thirties. So obviously, the earlier the better.

4. You have and understand technology!!!

You've had technology since you were a kid, its familiar to you, unlike the older generation who have not had, and maybe even resisted technology most of their life. Most older people just started to have an 'open mind' to the power of technology. For you, exploring new apps is so easy, you and the internet speak the same language. You know how connect with people all over the world through social media, emails. YouTube is literally the best teacher in the world. Seriously! You can find almost any 'how to' on there. Its never been easier to build a global business.

5. You’re still very ambitious

You've not experienced failure as much as older entrepreneurs. You are more likely to achieve great feats in your business if you work hard because you have a lot of zeal, ambition and energy, 'You still believe you can fly' and this kind of mindset can take your business to the moon. Facebook is a great example.

6. Resources are now extremely cheap

The cost of hiring people and knowledge is very affordable, thanks to the internet. There are experts from various countries throughout the world that you an easily find on the internet. You can have a website set up for as low as $100. There are even several resource platforms such as Fiverr that sell excellent services for as low as $5.

Your Hour-a-Day Fast Track to Success

Your Hour-a-Day Fast Track to Success

What does it take to be successful?
You don't have to be the smartest person in the world or be born with a silver spoon. There is a very simple, tried and proven method that will work for just about anyone . . . and in a remarkably short time. Study something — anything that is of interest to you — for one hour a day in the same way that a university student would study one of his courses.
This is a concept that was popularized by Earl Nightingale a half-century ago and then largely forgotten. But, as Nightingale discovered, daily study is a trait of almost all successful individuals. And it very quickly pays off. Because in just six months of concentrated, one-hour-a-day study, you can understand the basics of almost any topic. Sound simple? It is. That’s the beauty of it, and one of the reasons this technique can change lives . . . the lives of directionless teenagers . . . of people stuck in mid-career ruts . . . and of those in their golden years who feel sidelined by society and need some extra cash.
The obvious truth is that if you study something you are passionate about. It not only makes the learning fun but also assures that your new career will be emotionally as well as financially satisfying. Happy with the job or company you’re already working for? There is no surer way to move up the corporate ladder than by learning more about the industry you’re in. After just a month or two of daily study, you’ll be demonstrating your fast-growing knowledge on the job — and attracting the attention of your superiors.

How can you find an extra hour a day in which to study?
I’ve found that the best way to proceed is to schedule your study period for the same time each day. I prefer the quiet hour between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Too early for you? Go to bed by 10 p.m. and you can still get in a solid seven hours of sleep before rising at 5 a.m. to make coffee and get in the groove.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Don’t procrastinate. If you don’t learn something new today, you will just be one day older and not one bit smarter tomorrow. And don’t forget to spread Mr. Nightingale’s word: Knowledge is power — and you can acquire a remarkable amount of knowledge in just one hour a day. Share this with someone else if you got Value from this.
